Service Technicians hired by A/K Computers must be very adept at working with many different brands of hardware and software. All technicians are very fluent in assembling and servicing computers, installing software and creating network systems according to client specifications. After an installation is complete, the service technician is required to make sure all products are functioning adequately and to provide support as needed until all issues are resolved.
